Healing With Music
We are looking forward to offering an updated, weekly sound/music support and therapy group to the residents of The Sanctuary this summer. Research shows there are numerous benefits to therapeutic sound and music, including decreased tension, steadying of the heart rate and relaxed breathing. Our residents will be supported with music lessons and provided the opportunity to play various instruments!
Prestige Academy Update: AZ Merit Testing!
Each resident enrolled in our on campus school, Prestige Academy, completed the AZ Merit testing! This is a big milestone for the children in our care, as well as for the ongoing development of our education program. Join us in celebrating the beautiful accomplishments of our residents!

Modernizing Care
As StreetLightUSA continues to grow and enhance the programs and services we provide, we are taking next steps towards meeting requirements for delivering a broader range of mental health care services. A significant component of this expansion is the roll-out of a new Electronic Medical Record (EMR). This new system will not only qualify us to accommodate a wider range of referrals, but will better equip our staff to work effectively and efficiently at meeting the unique needs of each individual girl while also ensuring her personal information is safe and protected. The new system also provides a number of features that will enable us to streamline engagement with our many community partners - for example easy to download and submit forms. This is a significant project and training initiative for our staff, so please keep them in your thoughts and prayers as we grow though this next stage in our service to the community.
